Hello
I’m Sarah Frontiera and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT116833). I have a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate the complex world of relationships, emotions, and personal growth. My therapeutic approach is based on both Psychodynamic and Attachment theories. I believe that our past experiences, early relationships, and family dynamics shape who we are today and influence how we navigate our current relationships and issues.
I create a safe and caring space where you can freely express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. I actively listen, empathize, and collaborate with you to identify recurring themes and unconscious patterns that may be impacting your well-being. We will work together to increase your self-awareness and develop healthier coping mechanisms so you are better able to navigate life’s challenges and foster deeper connections with yourself and others.
Whether you are facing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or a range of other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to provide you with the tools, insights, and skills necessary to navigate life's challenges and cultivate a more fulfilling and meaningful existence. I look forward to walking alongside you as we empower you to live a more authentic and satisfying life.
